Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after the receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified in the invoice.
  • Customers must provide accurate personal details (e.g., name, passport information) during the booking process. Incorrect information may result in additional charges or cancellations.
  • Payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 2 days prior to the tour’s start date.
  • Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.

2. Itinerary Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control.
  • If changes are necessary, equivalent or similar alternatives will be provided to ensure the quality of your experience.

3. Insurance & Documentation

  • Customers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal injuries, and loss of property. The company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to the lack of insurance.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation (e.g., vaccinations) necessary for travel.
  • The company is not liable for any travel disruptions caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.

4. Liability & Responsibility

  • The company acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transport operators, guides) and cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages caused by the actions or negligence of these providers.
  • Customers participate in tours at their own risk. The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses occurring during the tour.
  • The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

5. Conduct & Media

  • Customers are expected to behave responsibly and follow the instructions of guides and staff during the tour. The company reserves the right to remove individuals from the tour for inappropriate or disruptive behavior without refund.
  • Special requests (e.g., dietary preferences, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
  • The company reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
